1. Return Eligibility

1.3. The product arrived leaking or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

2.2. Used products
2.3. Products damaged after use
2.4. Items purchased during clearance or special sale events

Human skin is complicated enough already. We cannot resell opened skincare products.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible because logistics systems instantly transform
into unstoppable machines powered by confusion and tracking numbers.

7. Shipping Charges
